Compressed Work Program
Employees may elect to participate in a compressed pay period, working the equivalent of 10 business days in 9 days with every other Friday off (workload permitting).

Paid Time Off (PTO)
NEIL values work/life balance by providing a generous PTO package with accruals rates that grow with service, as well as 10 paid holidays per year and the potential to earn PTO by volunteering. For every 32 hours of volunteer time logged outside of work hours, employees may earn one day of PTO, up to an annual max of three days.
