Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited ("NEIL") conducts its business from its corporate offices in Wilmington, Delaware. NEIL is only licensed to conduct insurance business in Delaware and Bermuda. NEIL is not licensed to conduct insurance business in any other jurisdiction, including any state of the United States. The information contained on this website is for information purposes only. Nothing on this website should be considered a solicitation or offer to purchase insurance.


Your Privacy

Protecting your privacy is a priority for us. This privacy notice explains how and what type of personal data will be collected, why it is collected, and with whom it is shared and disclosed. As we are in the business of providing insurance, claims handling, assistance and related services for businesses (we do not provide insurance to individuals), we may collect, store, and use the following kinds of personal data:

  • Other Third Parties. NEIL does not provide personal data to any third parties other than for legitimate business needs, and we provide only the data needed to meet that business need. NEIL does not provide or disclose any data to third parties for any reason not related to NEIL business matters, and NEIL never sell data to third parties.
  • Other Disclosures. We may also disclose personal data we collect from you when we are required to do so by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website or company.


Right of Review, Rectification, and Erasure

You have the right to review and correct or complete the personal data collected about you.
