AM Best Rating Assigned for NEIL Overseas

We are pleased to report that AM Best has assigned NEIL Overseas dac a Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of “A” (Excellent) and an Issuer Credit Rating (ICR) of “a+” (Excellent).  In addition, AM Best assigned a “stable” outlook for both the FSR and ICR.  This represents the first time NEIL Overseas has received an AM Best rating.

In the attached Press Release, AM Best notes the rating reflects a full rating enhancement afforded to NEIL Overseas as a group member of NEIL.  AM Best further comments that the ratings reflect the group’s balance sheet strength, assessed as strongest, and the group’s operating performance, favorable business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
