Teresa (Terri) J. Brown

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Terri Brown joined Grange Insurance in May 2016 as executive vice president, chief financial officer. In this role, Terri leads Grange’s financial management and enterprise risk management and investments, as well as maintains the company’s financial strength. She is the executive sponsor of Grange’s Multicultural Professionals Network Associate Resource Group and serves on The Wilds Committee of the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. Terri is on the Board of Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) and chairs the NEIL Audit Committee.

An insurance industry veteran, Terri has more than 25 years in the P&C and Life insurance business. She most recently served as SVP of Property Product Management for Allstate Insurance, where she was responsible for the company’s $9 billion property portfolio. Prior to Allstate, Brown served as EVP and Chief Risk Officer for Aviva North America and then served in the company’s London headquarters as Risk Framework Director. She was also Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Chief Actuary for Safeco Insurance and held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting, LLP and Travelers Insurance.

Terri is a graduate of Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.
